**Position Title:** **IT Project Manager – Online Grant Management System** **Location:** **Madison, WI (Hybrid: 60% remote / 40% onsite weekly)** **Duration:** **Through 6/30/2026 (Highly possible annual extensions)** **Residency Requirement:** **Candidate must be a current Wisconsin resident. No relocation allowed.** **Role Overview** Lead the development and implementation of a **Salesforce-based Online Grant Management System** . This is a senior-level position requiring coordination across vendors, technical teams, and diverse business stakeholders. **Top Required Skills (10+ years each)** + Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and tools. + Experience managing large-scale IT projects involving vendor coordination, SaaS configuration, integrations, and data migration. + Strong facilitation and coordination skills to organize meetings, align stakeholders, and drive decisions. + Experience coordinating testing activities (UAT planning, communication, issue tracking, tester engagement). + Background with SaaS, CRM, or workflow-based systems; Salesforce experience is a plus. **Nice-to-Have Skills** + Direct experience with Salesforce implementations, grant management systems, or low-code/no-code platforms. + Government or public-sector IT experience. + Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Salesforce sandboxes). **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and coordinate project activities for the Online Grant Management System initiative. + Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and communication plans. + Facilitate meetings with vendors, IT teams, sponsors, and stakeholders. + Manage UAT planning, scheduling, communication, and issue tracking. + Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure quality and compliance. + Provide timely status updates and maintain documentation. + Coordinate data migration, integrations, environment planning, training, and go-live readiness. + Support project closeout, lessons learned, and operational transition.
