As Project Manager within our_ _Medical Operations Team,_ _you’ll oversee and coordinate the daily office administrative operations, as well as key responsibilities related to event management. This includes handling contracts for Advisory Boards, Advisory Committees, and other peer-to-peer engagement events, ensuring a smooth workflow and operational efficiency aligned with both global and local strategies and objectives._
**Main responsibilities:**
+ Provide end-to-end project management expertise and support for Sanofi scientific events and conferences, including congresses, advisory boards, symposiums, internal meetings, and more. This includes delivering administrative support to Medical Directors (MDs) on pre-defined projects.
+ Follow up with Procurement and Customer Engagement teams, ensuring all required documents from MDs are completed and processed in the systems (vendor onboarding, new projects, consulting agreements with HCPs, payments). Monitor contracting status, draft emails using templates, and format documents such as agendas and slides.
+ Present project overviews and status updates at management meetings.
+ Create MS Forms and OneCRM surveys, monitor spreadsheets, and alert project owners about material expirations.
+ Collaborate with Therapeutic Area leads to update content and liaise with Strategy and Operations leads for alignment, supporting effective cross-functional communication and resource management.
+ Support engaging content creation, including developing compelling copy and visual imagery for posts on LinkedIn, Viva Engage, and other platforms.
_About you_
+ **Experience** : Previous experience in project management (experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable)
+ **Soft skills** : Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and collaborative team player
+ **Technical skills** : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, data visualization, project management tools and techniques, and budget management
+ **Languages** : Advanced English level
