As Project Manager within our_ _Medical Operations Team,_ _you’ll oversee and coordinate the daily office administrative operations, as well as key responsibilities related to event management. This includes handling contracts for Advisory Boards, Advisory Committees, and other peer-to-peer engagement events, ensuring a smooth workflow and operational efficiency aligned with both global and local strategies and objectives._ **Main responsibilities:** + Provide end-to-end project management expertise and support for Sanofi scientific events and conferences, including congresses, advisory boards, symposiums, internal meetings, and more. This includes delivering administrative support to Medical Directors (MDs) on pre-defined projects. + Follow up with Procurement and Customer Engagement teams, ensuring all required documents from MDs are completed and processed in the systems (vendor onboarding, new projects, consulting agreements with HCPs, payments).
