Summary Job title: Project Manager Job ID: null Department: Kent - CED Location: null-null Description Summary: Project Managers work hand in hand with our Sales Team, vendors and Customers facilitating the quote to order process; ordering project materials and coordinating the release, storage and delivery of materials to the project. The position is customer facing, requiring competency in managing administrative detail, building submittal packages and communicating project statuses to customers. Reports to: Projects Manager Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience Familiarity with Office Suite Be able to write and speak in English Preferred Qualifications: Multi-tasking abilities are a must Ability to work in a fast paced environment in the construction industry Organized and prompt Ability to work within a team to accomplish common goals Working Conditions: Working conditions will be standard to an office environment. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: Maintain shipping schedules on projects and update customers daily/weekly Coordinate deliveries between our warehouse and customers Work closely with Sales Team to solidify customer relationships Accurately bill for materials shipped Collaborate with industry partners to resolve issues CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $50000 to $90000 annually.
