Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, own, and communicate holistic project timelines to internal and external teams regularly.Create and manage all project timelines.Organize and set up kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations.Lead internal and brand status meetings.Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principles.Share and celebrate projects, lead retrospective sessions, and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.Act as a cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal and external partners to ensure overall project success.Manage high volume, quick turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Understand multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential, and content.Manage the production phase of projects once key creative and copy have been approved.Consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines, but also how the pieces work together.Think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, contributing to conversations regarding the consumer journey/experience.Take ownership of project efficiency and adapt project processes as needed.Possess knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial tools.Open jobs utilizing agency software tools and work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs.Issue POs to external vendors and demonstrate working knowledge of internal and external partner processes.Manage all production-related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta-agency partners.Gather and vet specs to ensure project accuracy.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of experience in an agency project management roleDemonstrated ability to contribute to client businesses in an agency service environment

Proficient in Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with Project Management and Agile toolsExcellent leadership, communication, organization, and time management skillsGood oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and a helpful, pro-active attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
