Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield as a Project Manager and take ownership of delivering high quality projects across a diverse property portfolio and client accounts. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes while providing strategic oversight and leadership to project managers and coordinators.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines to ensure objectives are met.

Prepare and present project reports, drawing reviews, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Assist in the selection, contracting, and management of consultants and construction teams.

Oversee requisitions, change orders, and project-related invoices, providing advice to senior leadership.

Participate in the marketing and presentation of services to clients.

Supervise, mentor, and manage Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure high-quality performance and professional development.

Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.

Provide comprehensive progress reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (required)

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in engineering or construction or client side project management

At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading teams in a project management capacity
