Project Manager

Bothell, WA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Experienced Project Manager to join our team with a hybrid work model requiring 50% in-office presence for the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects, with expertise in Environmental Compliance Software or similar technologies. Candidates with in-depth experience executing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and implementing selected solutions are highly preferred. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives in a dynamic, agile environment.Lead end-to-end project management for software initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget, with a focus on Environmental Compliance Software or similar technologies (e.g., emissions tracking, regulatory reporting, or sustainability platforms).Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers (working with Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP), compliance teams, and business stakeholders, to align on project goals.Leverage prior experience to address domain-specific challenges in the energy or utility sector.Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including drafting RFPs, evaluating vendor proposals, selecting solutions, and overseeing implementation of chosen technologies.Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and organizational standards throughout project lifecycles.Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, including reports on milestones, risks, and deliverables.Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, agile work environment.

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is 92,250  - 131,786  plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
