We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Account Team and spearhead projects for our valued client, Tetra Pak, within the Global Sidel Account. This is a fantastic chance to make a significant impact, leading multi-disciplined FM/Space Planning projects across France and beyond! **Your Mission:** As Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex FM project solutions. You'll be fully accountable for every aspect of project management, from initial planning and design to construction, occupancy, and closeout. This role offers a unique opportunity to: + **Lead and Deliver:** Take ownership of project delivery and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. + **Shape the Future:** Contribute to the evolution of our processes and operational models, driving continuous improvement and innovation. + **Collaborate with the Best:** Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence. + **Drive Results:** Be a key player in ensuring financial performance and identifying any gaps in resource or capability. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Project Leadership:** Manage all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk. + **Client Champion:** Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and define project requirements. + **Financial Acumen:** Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. + **Strategic Thinking:** Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement change management routines. + **Team Empowerment:** Provide formal supervision and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. + **Important Note:** This role is based in France, and you MUST be able to commute to St Laurent Sur Serve, with some travel to Nantes. You'll bring: + **Education:** An undergraduate degree in a technical or industry-related field.
