Our client, a dynamic organization in the project management sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting a high-visibility leadership initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

**Redmond, WA**
**18 Month contract**
**Pay Range:** $40-$42/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop and document the intake process for employee grievances.
+ Manage and triage incoming communications, determining appropriate routing.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
+ Set up and manage projects within Azure DevOps for effective tracking and collaboration.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2-4 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
+ Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
