You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize the impact of change initiatives. **Required Skills & Qualification** + **Experien** ce: 4+ years in change management, partner management o **r Project manager** + Experience using **Power Query, Looker, or Tableu.** + **Englis** h: B2+ (90 **%)** + **Knowled** ge: Strong understanding of Microsoft partner ecosystem (Desirabl **e)** + **Change Management Experti** se: Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR, PROSCI, or Agile change methodologies. + **Communication Skil** ls: Ability to articulate complex changes in a simple, compelling way for a diverse audience. + **Project Manageme** nt: Experience managing large-scale partner transitions and business transformations. + **Analytical Skil** ls: Ability to assess impact, track adoption metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** **Change Strategy & Planning** + Develop and execute change management strategies for partner programs, product updates, and go-to-market transitions. + Assess change impacts on partners and design targeted interventions to drive smooth adoption. + Identify potential challenges and resistance, and proactively develop mitigation strategies. **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication** + Work closely with partner executives, sales teams, and technical leaders to align change initiatives with the business objectives. + Act as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and benefits of an evolving ecosystem. + Develop clear and compelling communication plans to inform partners about upcoming changes. **Enablement & Training** + FinancialForce/Salesforce record creation and management based on standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, the following objects: project, resource request, staffing, assignment, timecard, resource and contact. + Make assignments of resources to upcoming projects, based on availability, skillset and fit. + Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly operational reports, based on standardised template provided by Google. + Collaborate with enablement teams to develop learning materials tailored to partner needs. + Monitor partner engagement and knowledge retention, adjusting strategies as needed. **Process & Workflow Coordination** + Coordinate cross-functional workflows between internal teams and partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables. + Design, document, and optimize standard operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency across partner operations. + Ensure alignment of processes across tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, FinancialForce) to maintain data integrity and transparency. + Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to streamline project workflows and resource allocation. + Track and analyze workflow performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements. **Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement** + Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance partner experience and program effectiveness.
