Our client, in consumer packaged goods manufacturing is seeking a **Project Manager** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have project management, manufacturing and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Project Manager** **Location: Montvale NJ (some car travel to other nearby sites in NJ)** **Pay Range: Competitive Salary (W2 only)** **Contract: 6 Months (extension possible)** **What’s the Job?** + Manage the development of key projects to ensure the maintenance of consumer preferred in market products for company brand(s) + Coordinate activities and objectives with cross functional teams to advance assigned initiatives to achieve desired compliance, quality, supply continuity, cost targets and business results + Identify and manage project dependencies and critical project paths; manage risk analysis and contingency planning on all assigned projects. + Manage cross functional project activity across several functions including internal/ external resources and lead cross-functional teams serving as the gate holder of all project timelines; track project plans and milestones. + Ensure budgets and cross-functional resources are identified, and prepare and present project status and risks to upper management **What’s Needed?** + 5 years of experience minimum in Project Management in manufacturing environment (consumer goods preferred); Microsoft Project skills + BS/BA/MS degree, ideally in a related science or engineering, Master’s degree in business a plus + Relevant experience with product development within a FMCG environment, with a proven track record of delivery + Experience within Foods, or Health or Medical Device industry is a plus as well as experience of working with global project team is a plus + Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus **What’s in it for me?** + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Consultant Care support + Free Training to upgrade your skills + Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, **click apply now** and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
