Project Manager
Overview: Manage overhead and underground electrical distribution projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: + Plan, execute, and adjust project work plans. + Allocate resources and manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations. + Apply project management best practices and risk mitigation strategies. + Maintain accurate project documentation. + Support field crews Project Accounting: + Track daily field reports and production data using Excel. + Monitor labor hours, expenses, and project budgets. + Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and receivables. + Analyze project profitability and performance metrics. Business Development: + Identify upsell opportunities within projects. + Support proposal development and project scoping. + Represent the company in client communications. Skills & Qualifications: + 3+ years in construction project management. + Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and data entry. + Familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera, Monday.com). + Knowledge of electric utility construction is a plus. + PMP certification is a bonus. + Strong communication, organization, and client management skills. + Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.90 - $96.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
