Job Description
This position will support the Product Development Customization team, focusing on providing project management and administrative support to ensure successful delivery of projects. The role involves meeting with project leads, checking statuses, and proactively solving potential problems. The ability to operate independently and follow up with direct reports is crucial to ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams including finance, purchasing, planning, program management, engineering, and manufacturing.Manage issues, timelines, and financials to develop programs on time and within budget, supporting cost reduction initiatives.Establish, publish, and manage project metrics to ensure quality execution.Track GPDS and process step progress in line with project timing objectives.Lead Platform and Hardware/Software teams discussions using Accessory PAT forum and manage agendas and meeting minutes.Support Program, Vehicle, Marketing, and Manufacturing forums for accessory development and delivery.Manage top-hat and platform program deliverables including planning, program control, and build phases.Coordinate action plans to resolve project issues, ensuring program deliverables are on track.Develop presentations for management and team to communicate status of deliverables and recovery plans.Support vehicle prototype planning and builds and launch milestones at assembly plant if required.Coordinate accessory functional sign-offs from various functional teams as required.Essential Skills3+ years of project management experience and administrative support.Experience in scheduling and tracking agendas/projects.Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.Proficient in GPDS, FEDE, FEDEBOM, Global Integrator, CMF/CRF systems.Proficient in WERS and AIMS systems.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
