Project Manager - Content Security

Role Overview

Seeking a senior-level Project Manager to drive execution of content security initiatives across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role partners closely with security leadership and cross-functional teams to manage security-related projects, assessments, documentation, and operational readiness.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environmentStrong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across a matrixed organizationHands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and AirtableProven ability to drive delivery, track execution, and keep initiatives on scheduleStrong communication skills - able to ask the right questions, clarify priorities, and deliver clear status updates and executive summariesExperience working on technical or security-related projects and comfort with technical terminologyExcellent documentation and writing skills, including drafting requirements and standards documentsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently

Key Responsibilities

Drive execution and delivery of content security-related projects and initiativesPartner with security leadership and stakeholders to track applications, cloud assessments, and security initiativesCreate and maintain project plans, schedules, and communication plansSupport drafting, review, and publication of secure configuration and security requirements documentationCoordinate across engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely deliveryActively contribute to process improvements within the project management environmentExperience in media, entertainment, or content-driven environmentsBackground in information security or content security programsExposure to Agile teams and delivery environmentsPMP or equivalent certificationRequired Education BS/BA Business or Computer Science
