Project Manager- Multi-Family / Large Stick Framed Housing Experience. Will need to travel to New Castle, PA.   Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed. Minimum 5 years construction experience Self-starter Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed. Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules. Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing Compensation: $115K-$125K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience Relocation Assistance Available Must provide project list showing multi-family background
