ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a high-caliber IT Project Manager to lead the execution of our most critical technology initiatives. While our Product team defines the “what,” you will own the “how”—driving the end-to-end delivery of complex projects ranging from web and mobile platform launches to the construction of our modern data lake and AI integrations.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined execution expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure our digital hospitality ecosystem is delivered with precision, security, and scalability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing) for large-scale IT initiatives including website/app overhauls and BI infrastructure.
+ Agile & Waterfall Delivery: Standardize project management methodologies across the IT organization, facilitating Sprint ceremonies for internal dev teams while managing traditional timelines for infrastructure and vendor rollouts.
+ Resource & Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and allocate internal and external resources effectively to prevent bottlenecks and overages.
+ Vendor & Third-Party Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external technology partners, ensuring third-party integrations (CRM, CMS, Payment Gateways) meet technical requirements and deadlines.
+ Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Proactively identify project risks and technical dependencies; develop and execute mitigation plans to keep high-priority hospitality platforms on track.
+ Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Technical Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Marketing to ensure technical specs are met and business value is realized.
+ Change Management: Coordinate the rollout of new systems to corporate and hospitality staff, ensuring clear documentation, training, and minimal operational disruption.
+ Governance & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to IT security standards, including PCI-DSS for payment processing and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
+ Executive Reporting: Maintain real-time project dashboards and provide regular status updates to the VP of IT and executive leadership regarding milestones, budgets, and blockers.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, specifically within software development, cloud infrastructure, or data engineering.
+ Proven track record of delivering complex mobile and web projects within a SaaS, E- commerce, or Hospitality environment.
+ Strong understanding of the SDLC, API integrations, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and data warehousing concepts.
+ Mastery of Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred.
+ Exceptional ability to translate technical constraints into business- friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
