A DAY IN THE LIFE

Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch listPartner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and riskManage GMP/lump sum contracts, change management, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycleDrive coordination across structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes with a strong focus on critical path activitiesEnsure project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligationsDevelop and oversee project financialsProactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budgetSupport commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the ownerServe as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

5-10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data center construction or mission critical projects Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environmentsProven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performanceAbility to travel to project sites as neededProficiency in construction management software and scheduling toolsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
