**About the role**
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant focusing on renovations and tenant improvement, you will provide consulting services to a key technology company in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience with large technology firms and has deep knowledge of small to large moves, and small project renovations.
The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for people management, and project delivery; responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
**What you’ll do**
Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Oversee all phases of moves with potential for short turnaround, including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, etc., ensuring the accurate, on-time, and compliant completion of moves.
Direct and assign move allocation and dates, as well as support corrections of move team error, security critical issues and client complaints.
Drive scope, maintain accurate record and reporting of metrics; including but not limited to monthly financial and performance, scheduling, client communication and identified risk.
Set structure, pace, rigor, record (archive) for rhythm of business; including but not limited to agendas, ad hoc analytics and team standard operating procedures.
Manage performance by regular audit of multiple move vendor scope, adherence and compliance to service level agreements.
Work with internal and external clients to reach critical initiatives.
Influence and drive accountable practices for continuous improvement of process, people, and client product.
Advocate and enable cross-team collaborations for standard methodology solutions.
Manages a team of coordinators who are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs, as well as oversee performance of those direct reports.
Onsite supervision and direction of move partners.
Will provide formal scheduling and assistance such as technical guidance and or training to the move team, et al.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of proven experience in tenant improvement projects and moves, adds, changes (MAC),
+ In lieu of degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ Certificates and/or Licenses
+ LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ Demonstrates professionalism and remains calm and collected during challenging situations.
+ Reliably manage stress, ensuring continued productivity and effective leadership of the team during exciting situations.
+ Upholds a professional demeanor and can be relied upon to maintain stability during difficult times.

+ Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high-level of accomplishment. Includes in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.

+ Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
