Join the Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE) Program Management Office (PMO) as a Project Manager and help steer a large, multi‑year, cross‑functional program that will transform our Health Care Professional (HCP) customer engagement ecosystem across Novo Nordisk International Operations. You will bring programme execution discipline, stakeholder orchestration and clear delivery focus to a high‑impact portfolio.
Your new role
As Project Manager you will co-develop and maintain the programme roadmap, timelines and milestone follow‑ups while coordinating across tracks to manage scope, schedule and budget.
Day‑to‑day you will:
Prepare and roll out status reporting, dashboards and executive summaries for Steering Committee and senior stakeholders. Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings and steering forums; prepare agendas, minutes and action logs. Support vendor management, contracting, invoice follow‑up and budget monitoring. Facilitate testing & validation activities (UAT, integration, performance, security) and support phased deployments, go‑live planning and post‑go‑live hypercare. Support adoption and change: support, stakeholder engagement, communications, training curricula and benefits realisation tracking.
Your new department
You will join IO Digital Portfolio Management & the ACE PMO department in Novo Nordisk International Operations and report to the Associate Vice President of the unit. The unit has Program Lead responsibility of IO ACE and works closely with other IO units to orchestrate a fundamental HCP Customer Engagement transformation in Novo Nordisk. The unit equally has responsibility of leading the newly established IO Digital Portfolio Management Office, where IO ACE is the largest Digital investment in the portfolio. The ACE PMO works closely with commercial, medical, Business Development, Enterprise IT, legal and compliance.
