Project Management Specialist
Contract: 20-month fully remote contract
End Date: December 31, 2027

Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Cyber Initiatives, the Project Management Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives within the Cyber Portfolio. This role works closely with Cyber and ITS teams, Bank stakeholders, and business partners to ensure cyber security initiatives are delivered securely, on time, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver cyber initiatives, tracking progress, metrics, and interdependencies across Cyber and ITS teams

Oversee project management activities related to the planning and implementation of cyber initiatives to meet business and security requirements

Develop and maintain program and project plans, including risk registers, governance models, implementation plans, transition approaches, and monthly status updates

Ensure initiatives adopt agile principles for workload, scope, and delivery management

Develop and maintain project and program status dashboards and report progress regularly to Bank management and program sponsors

Work with reporting managers, project managers, and project controllers to identify and plan for resource requirements

Support and enable project teams, including business analysts, change management, and communications resources

Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to understand client needs and support effective resolution of inquiries and issues

Facilitate daily scrum meetings, providing guidance to technical teams to identify and prioritize deliverables

Provide project management expertise using established best practices and methodologies across all phases of project delivery

Perform other related duties and deliverables as requiredRequired Qualifications & SkillsUniversity degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology or cyber security

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Project Management Specialist leading the definition and implementation of cyber security solutions in complex environments

Minimum of two (2) years of business analysis experience in IT projects (cyber security projects preferred)

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical or application solutions

Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation

Demonstrated experience in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and problem resolutionAdditional Qualifications (Assets)SCRUM Master Certification

PMP Certification

Knowledge of the Bank’s functions and core business processes

Experience building collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders

Experience supporting cyber technology or cloud projects (Microsoft Azure) from a project management or business analysis perspective

French language skills are considered an asset
