Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Project Management Specialist - Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join the 787 Business Operations Customer Introduction team in North Charleston, SC.

This job will be an onsite job in North Charleston, SC and requires strong leadership, collaboration, integration, relationship building, and critical thinking skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Leading Price and Offerability commitments for 787Partner across functions to present coordinated strategies and recommendations on customer configuration and change requestsLeading complex directives to address projects in support of the 787 programGuiding and facilitating the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorizationProvides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnelCoordinates commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies established by executive leadershipIdentifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business casePresents plans to executive leadership to gain approvalEnsures follow up action for issue resolutionSpecial projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of combined education and relevant work experience5+ years of experience in Project Management5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams1+ year of experience interfacing with senior-leader executives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience coaching in highly matrixed organizations including highly diverse technology environmentsExperience in Customer introduction, Finance, Change management, Sale/contracts, Business operationsStrong communication skillsAbility to look forward strategically and develop detailed solutions and specifications
