The Specialist, Project Management is responsible for leading the end-to-end project management of small, medium and large projects within familiar business areas. The Project Manager works under the supervision of the operations excellence team. Typically projects have medium risk and medium to high complexity.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project administration: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Track and ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality and budget compliance.Monitor project financials and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective delivery.Proactively identify risks and issues and initiate appropriate mitigation or escalation measures.Serve as the primary contact point for all internal and client-facing project-related communications.Prepare and deliver regular updates to all levels of management through verbal briefings, written reports, and presentations.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and stakeholder matrices.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, IT, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Create and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.Ensure alignment between project activities and organizational priorities with minimal conflict or rework.Support strategic initiatives, process improvement activities, and post-implementation reviews.

Professional Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience in project management roles, preferably in BPO, contact center operations, or a fast-paced service-oriented industry.Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing medium-to-large scale projects.Experience working with international clients and managing stakeholder expectations across geographies is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Arabic native speaker with strong professional English proficiency).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism when dealing with clients or internal departments.Location:
