Our Strategy & Operations team is growing and formalizing our change management communications support offering. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic project management professional to join our team and take it to the next level.
This newly created role drives the successful execution of projects and initiatives across the Content & Channels function within Marketing & Communications, with an emphasis on enterprise change management and special initiatives. Any candidate should be a self-starter and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and leading by doing. This candidate also will bring on-the-job experience in communications, project management, and change management initiatives to our function to help us adopt best practices as we grow this capability.
Key responsibilitiesDeliveryProvide full-scale project management support to cross-functional teams supporting strategic initiatives and priority change communication campaignsTrack day-to-day tasks and deadlines across the Content & Channels function to ensure work progresses efficiently and effectivelyFacilitate the intake and initial assessment of new work, aligning stakeholders on project scopes, priorities, and deliverables for optimal resource allocation and planningDevelop and implement detailed project plans in collaboration with Marketing & Communications leaders, driving execution to meet established milestones and deadlinesCoordinate project activities, including meeting facilitation, action item tracking, database management, and oversight of content repositories, to ensure seamless project progressionIdentify and address risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within project plans and workflows to optimize outcomes and consistently meet or exceed delivery expectationsScalingPartner with Strategy & Operations Lead to build and manage the communications project management function, ensuring scalability and sustainabilityCo-design and manage project intake and briefing processes to position our projects and team members for successStandardize, refine, and document processes and protocols to support the function and our stakeholdersCreate and manage self-service tools to enable efficient project management and scale best practices across our communications teamsMaintain workflow management tools, including governance and how we maximize their potentialFunctional leadershipServe as a subject matter expert in project management, counseling and empowering teammates to achieve excellence across projects of varying scale and complexityOffer supervisory support to Content & Channels team members, fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field5-8 years of experience in any combination of project management, public relations/corporate communications, or content management rolesExceptional organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in project management tools and content management systemsSpecial consideration given to candidates with PMP® and/or PROSCI certificationsWorking conditionsThis role is hybrid with 3 days a week in our Hudson Yards headquarters in New York, NY.Candidates should be comfortable working in both remote and in-person settings, collaborating with colleagues across geographic locations.This role does not have direct reports.0-10% travel is required for business purposes.Salary Range:
$103,450.00 - $169,960.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
