Project Management Director-Retail Bank Construction
**About the Role** The Project Management Director is responsible fordepartment-related management services for our financial services clientaccount to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the management of projects from initiation through completion. **What You’ll Do** Provide formal supervision toemployees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performanceevaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage theteam's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, andcross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor andcoach as needed. Direct all phases of theprocess for large and high-profile clients including procurement, contracting,planning, tracking, and execution. Ensure that contractprocurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts areaccurate, timely, and compliant. Develop new business growthand maintain existing business relationships. Maintain full responsibilityfor the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts. Identify complex projectrisks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans. Apply deep knowledge ofmultiple disciplines, broad industry knowledge, and commercial awareness. Drivefinancial and functional performance within disciplines and across business. Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service,Excellence) values. Negotiate with senior management, customers, and externalparties of divergent interests to reach an agreement of strategic importancewhile being guided by the business segment and the organization's functionalstrategy. Identify and solvemulti-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveragingthe appropriate resources within or outside the department. Significantly improve andchange existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. **What You’ll Need** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. + Financial services client experience required. Retail construction program experience highly desirable. + In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and the ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). The minimum salary for the Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $25 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $31.15 per hour.
