Project Management Consultant-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)
Job Title: Project Coordinator Join a fast‑paced, mission‑driven team shaping the future of renewable energy! We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership of major wind turbine construction initiatives. In this role, you’ll help drive complex technical projects from early planning through on‑site execution—collaborating with expert teams, top-tier vendors, and key stakeholders across the organization. What You’ll Do + Lead and support the planning and execution of wind turbine construction and engineering projects that directly contribute to clean‑energy expansion. + Develop, manage, and optimize detailed project schedules in Smartsheet to keep workstreams on track and teams aligned. + Coordinate with external vendors to confirm material availability, delivery timelines, and execution requirements. + Partner with internal stakeholders through regular status meetings, ensuring seamless communication and project visibility across teams. + Prepare and facilitate high-impact pre-bid and pre-construction meetings that set each project up for success. + Travel to project sites to oversee on-the-ground execution, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear, daily progress reports. Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant construction/technical field experience + 3+ years of experience in project engineering, project coordination, or construction project support Preferred Qualifications + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification + Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Smartsheet and Excel Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
