**About the role**
This is a full-time position and on-site, hybrid or work from home is not an option. There may be some off-hours or weekends depending on the project schedule with up to 5% travel.
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will manage a team responsible for facilitating medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs and the associated team.

**What you’ll do**
Lead all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, compose, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the plan. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Lead the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Supervise the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement methods to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Mentor and share comprehensive understanding of own job field and broad knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.
Demonstrate and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or subtle information.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Readiness to take a fresh opinion on existing solutions.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
