Project Management Associate – Commercial Term Lending - Associate

CTL is seeking a talented Project Management (PM) Associate to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the Co-Head of CTL and Project Management Director of Sales to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives. You will provide advanced analytical and administrative support while coordinating cross-functional projects that enhance productivity and communication across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of CTL, making decisions, crafting communications, and advocating for team prioritiesPromote transparent and effective information flow between leadership and key departmentsActively drive meeting discussions and ensure team perspectives are recognizedManage projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomesPrepare, organize, and coordinate briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetingsGather, analyze, and present project data and insights to inform decision-makingMaintain comprehensive records from meetings and translate discussions into actionable itemsIdentify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and recommend solutionsTrack key metrics, sales, and technology initiatives to ensure alignment with business goalsProvide ad hoc project support as neededCollaborate with the administrative team to deliver executive-level support, including managing schedules, travel logistics, expense reporting, and coordinating meetings and events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability to changing circumstances and dynamic environmentsStrong judgment and capability to handle confidential and sensitive informationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience influencing outcomes, driving change, and delivering results in complex environmentsExceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in project management, events management, or a leadership roleStrong background in administrative support, managing executive-level tasksHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalismAdvanced organizational skills and attention to detailStrong sense of urgency, self-starter, and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

3+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operational leadership (financial services/mortgage banking preferred)2+ years’ experience in chief of staff, communications, or administrative rolesBachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or related disciplineFamiliarity with commercial real estate or financial services industryExperience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent design software

Experience with project management software and designing SharePoint sites
