This is an onsite/Hybrid position that will be based out of **Linthicum- Maryland.** **What you will get to do:** + Transform and drive process control rigor to enable sustainable, profitable growth and consistently meet customer and company commitments + Build long-term program excellence capability and culture through the GSC Councils + Support various GSC audits, both internal and external + Proactively leverage tools, processes, knowledge, and skill building enabling results driven decision making + Lead efforts to instill a culture of performance and program execution excellence throughout the GSC organization + Operate as independent oversight with implementation authority and process accountability + Partner with Sector Program Excellence team on developing and instilling best practices **Basic Qualifications for Project Manager:** + Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of supply chain, program management or project management + Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership + Ability to travel up to 25% per month **Preferred Qualifications for Project Manager:** + Experience in program execution, earned value management, change management, risk management, and/or stakeholder management + Experience with process control or rigor control + Experience with cross campus or multidiscipline collaboration Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
