Responsibilities
Lead and manage medical software projects from concept through development, validation, and releasePlan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resourcesEnsure compliance with applicable medical device regulations and standards (e.g. IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)Act as the primary interface between software development, quality management, regulatory affairs, and external partnersIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesTrack project progress and report status to stakeholders and managementEnsure proper documentation throughout the entire software lifecycleRequirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in managing software projects within the medical device or regulated environmentSolid understanding of medical software development lifecycles and regulatory requirementsStrong project management skills and experience with relevant methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliersStructured, goal-oriented, and reliable working styleExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

We offer a role specific compensation and a competitive salary and fringe benefit package reflecting your profile and experience.In Austria we are required to state the minimum pay. For this position, the annual compensation package starts at € 68.000.
