**Project Leader** **Locations:** This role requires associates to be in-office **1-2** days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. _PLEASE NOTE: This position is not eligible for current or future VISA sponsorship._ The **Project Leader** is responsible for developing project plans and leading small projects to completion. **How you will make an Impact:** + Assists with and communicates progress, issues, and barriers, to internal stakeholders. + Conducts periodic status meetings. + Conducts root cause analysis of processes and issues, identifies and makes recommendations for improvements, and develops documentation. + Researches, compiles, extrapolates and validates data used to help forecast business needs and work flows, and/or resolve quality and other operational issues. + Assists in managing project scope to ensure business needs are met and the project scope is delivered, identifying, documenting and raising requests for changes from original specifications. + Communicate plans, status, and issues within the team, group, or project, including both IT and business members and management. + Has basic understanding of project management methodology, tools & processes and able to apply to small projects. **Minimum Requirements:** Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. **Preferred Skills, Experiences and Competencies:** + Manage multiple small-to-mid initiatives simultaneously + Build lightweight project plans, milestones, and timelines + Track dependencies and delivery progress + Run efficient status meetings and ensure clear next steps and accountability + Proactively identify risks, barriers, and dependencies and escalate issues with context and proposed solutions + Document impacts and elevate change requests clearly + Communicate progress, issues, and trade-offs to stakeholders through clear status updates, documentation, decision logs, and change requests + Translate effectively between technical and business audiences + Apply appropriate project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) + Use common PM tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Salesforce) + Identify inefficiencies and quality gaps, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into sustainable process improvements + Research, compile, and validate data + Use metrics to guide prioritization and decision-making + Operate effectively in regulated or high-stakes environments + Highly organized with strong attention to detail + Take initiative, follow up consistently, and move work forward without waiting for direction + Adapt quickly to shifting priorities For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $66,864 to $100,296.
