About the Role:

Responsible for overall delivery of designated project within timelines, budget & quality standardsManage the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and administrative support and ensure they develop schedules and budgets for assigned projectsResponsible for overall planning & execution of the ProjectOversee the construction project as per the Company’s quality & safety requirementsContinuously monitor and manage the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels to achieve project goalsLiaise with procurement team for timely communication of material specifications, indenting and sample selection; ensure continuous supply of material at project siteTimely reminders to all the contractors and consultants highlighting the delays in schedule, deviations in design, cost, proper filling and document management system to be adopted for the documents and correspondence.Control issue of materials at site & track consumption against estimated quantitiesConducting periodical progress review meetingsSetting targets to achieve milestone as per master schedule and motivate / train the staff to achieve the sameCommunication and co-ordination with management, contractors, subordinates for completing the various projects successfullyImplementation of company policy at project siteCoordinate and ensure effective communication with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and other related agencies.Ensure Project close out with proper documentation from all Contractors. Documents to include Operations & Maintenance Manuals, As Build Drawings, Warranties, Tests Certificates, etcSite planning for site logistics, temporary site set up and model apartment, goods vehicle circulation, visitors circulation, in accordance to handing over phases.

About You:

B.E. Civil15 Years & above of relevant experienceShould have completed at least 1-2 commercial projects end to end during the tenureCandidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferredTechnical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural worksExcellent organizational and motivational skillsOutstanding attention to detail and observation abilityExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
