Job Description

Monitoring the execution of work at site to ensure alignment to the drawings and specification.Ensuring the workability and adherence to standards in the work statement/methodologies submitted by contractors for each item of work and ensuring the alignment to the same at site.Responsible for all site work related documentation for the assigned items of work.Anticipate and flag imminent bottlenecks.Take steps to avoid construction delays.Co-ordination with architects and consultants for standard delivery of GFC, shop drawings and resolution of architects.Furnish necessary reports of critical activities and super critical activities to client.Advice contractors in enhancing the resource productivity by implementing various work study techniques.Monitor procurement of materials, equipment, and labour by contractors with respect to the time schedule and advise them suitable measures for improvement.Assisting QA/QC – in – charge in ensuring all quality parameters is met.Assisting the safety team in implementing the safety standards at site; provide all support for making job safety analysis.Escalating to project manager about all abnormal developments with respect to progress of work, safety, quality, resources etc.Assisting Project coordinator in preparation of daily, weekly, and Monthly progressing reports.
