Project Lead - PABX
Overview Supervise and coordinate with employees from the hotel division, audits and maintenance of ancillary revenue and equipment, as well as completing assigned projects. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Assist with employees from the hotel division with company issued devices and software. Oversee daily ancillary operations; guest service emails, service options, credit card authorizations, hiring process, etc. Handle guest/employee calls or text messages. Inventory and quality assurance on all ancillary equipment/software (HotSOS, Microsoft 365, KeyWatcher, Zingle, Formstacks, React Mobile, Company Mobile Devices, etc.). Quality assurance on guest and employee websites. Compile reports requested by management. Ability to meet or exceed company customer service standards. Demonstrate good sales techniques when dealing with possible sales situations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Ability to assist employees through training and coaching skills with evidence of developing exceptionally motivated teams Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills Attention to detail and meet deadlines Time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results Computer literate in Microsoft 365 applications required; LMS experience preferred. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities. Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities. Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
