Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Foreman to oversee new-build multifamily construction projects in downtown Kansas City, MO. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge in commercial carpentry and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of carpenters in multifamily construction projects.Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project blueprints.Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure timely project completion.Utilize Procore software for project management and communication.Perform general labor and installation tasks as needed.Essential Skills
Extensive experience in commercial carpentry.Proficiency with Procore software.Strong leadership and people management skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
