Responsibilities:
Assist in project billing and invoices related to the team’s projectUpdate project’s cost plan and cost report on monthly basisPrepare progress claim to Client and progress payment response to vendors/contractors.Prepare purchase order for vendors/contractorsSupport all technical due diligence and project initiationAssist the team during design and tender stage, from prequalification of vendors, RFP issuance, tender evaluation and awardActively participate during construction and project close outPerform daily tasks and requirements assigned.
