Training
4 hours of relevant training
Four (4) hours of relevant training in data management, monitoring and evaluation, report preparation, or administrative systems.
Experience

One (1) year of relevant experience in program monitoring, database management, documentation, or administrative support work. Experience working in community-driven development, resilience, or humanitarian programs is an advantage.
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
The Project Evaluation Officer II (Monitoring and Evaluation Officer) plays a key role in managing and maintaining the regional KALAHI-CIDSS Information System (KC-IS), conducting data quality audits, generating performance reports, and supporting the implementation of PCRP’s monitoring and evaluation (M&E) mechanisms. The PEO II is also tasked with providing technical assistance to field teams, facilitating capacity-building efforts, managing M&E documentation, and performing administrative functions. This position ensures compliance with M&E protocols and contributes to informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and program accountability.
