He/She is responsible for cross functional interaction, process engineering, and overseeing and managing projects to ensure on time, on budget, and quality completion. The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing complex automation projects, as well as overseeing the construction of coolers and freezers. This role demands adherence to UPS’s stringent quality and compliance standards. Additionally, the manager will handle project management duties, juggling multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and successful completion. Managing a group of PM’s (UPSres or Contractors). **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree- preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering + 5-7 years of experience in Distribution and Logistics with particular interest in healthcare logistics - PREFERRED + Must have an in-depth understanding of US healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements. + Must have HVAC and Refrigeration experience **Internal Salary Grade: 30F** **Posting will close at 11:59 PM Eastern time on 11/30/2025** **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. **Other Criteria:** UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
