A few of your key responsibilities include: + Collaborate and support key functions including strategic planning, inter-departmental communication, and supplier relationship development. + Oversee supplier development tasks for new components, ensuring timely sample delivery, production readiness, and adherence to implementation timelines. + Contribute to team-led improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, optimizing cycle times, and reducing failures. + Perform various follow-up and administrative tasks as assigned by management. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automotive, Materials, or a related field). + Minimum GPA of 3.0 + Proficient in English (written and verbal communication). + Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications. + Ability to commit to a minimum 1-year internship period. ****This internship will be onsite in Plymouth, MI.** **Preferred Qualifications:** + Analytical and structural approach. + Work well independently, highly motivated, results oriented. + Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. + Ability to develop network in very complex company culture. + Presentation Skills **Additional Information** **Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
