**Job Title:** Project Engineer
**Location:** Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams, and excellent troubleshooting abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Champion safety and process safety in all engineering work.
+ Lead the engineering and execution of new well equip and tie-in projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
+ Manage engineering consultants and EPC firms to deliver high-quality designs and execution plans.
+ Coordinate vendors, supply chain, and equipment procurement to align with project schedules.
+ Oversee regulatory applications and licensing to support project approvals and compliance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Legally authorized to work in Canada.
+ Professional Engineer sanctioned by APEGA with the ability to authenticate mechanical engineering deliverables.
+ Eight or more years of relevant operations & facility and engineering experience.
+ Knowledge and application of frequently used codes (ASME B31.3, CSA Z662 etc.).
+ Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to make timely and consistent decisions on a broad variety of topics.
