Description

Manage customer projects from order entry through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are metReview engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documents for accuracy and manufacturability before release.Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, handling clarifications, revisions, and issue resolution.Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to maintain project flow and eliminate bottlenecks.Track milestones, identify risks, and manage engineering changes with proper documentation.Support production by resolving drawing/BOM discrepancies and clarifying technical requirementsMaintain organized project documentation and collaborate with quality/operations to ensure product complianceContribute to continuous improvement in workflows, documentation, and handoff processes.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
