ResponsibilitiesLearn and become proficient in functions within the Project Controls department.Become knowledgeable in the functions of the Estimating department.Learn and perform functions within Purchasing and Tool & Equipment.Understand commercial terms and conditions for projects.Gain exposure to craft labor agreements.Gain exposure to various contract strategies and types.Participate in Construction Operations Meetings.Perform accounting system functions.Actively participate in customer entertainment and develop relationships.Attend Risk Management training to understand acceptable risk levels.Perform safety audits, with at least one audit per week.Participate in Safety Incentive programs and daily safety planning.Participate in Quality Action Teams to improve operations and procedures.Understand the Marketing Plan and assist in pursuing projects.Communicate any observations of noncompliance with company principles and values.Essential SkillsProject managementConstructionConstruction managementMechanicalProject engineeringChange order managementIndustrial constructionPharmaceutical ConstructionAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.Entry-level graduates are welcome, as we provide training.Experience as an industrial construction project engineer is an advantage.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
