\t\t\t\t\t•Manage assigned customer projects from order entry through delivery and closeout, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are achieved.•Review engineering drawings and technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability prior to release to production.•Review and validate bills of materials (BOMs) to confirm correctness, structure, and alignment with project requirements.•Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, supporting clarifications, revisions, and issue resolution.•Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to maintain project flow and remove bottlenecks.•Track project milestones and proactively identify risks that could impact cost, schedule, or quality.•Manage engineering changes and customer revisions, ensuring proper documentation and communication.•Support production by clarifying technical requirements and resolving drawing or BOM discrepancies.•Maintain organized and accurate project documentation in accordance with internal standards.•Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure delivered products meet company and customer requirements.•Drive continuous improvement in project workflows, documentation accuracy, and handoff processes

\t\t\t\t\t•Experience managing technical or manufacturing-related projects in a production environment.•Experience in SolidWorks and/or Onshape•Demonstrated ability to review engineering drawings and bills of materials for accuracy and manufacturability.•Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.•Experience supporting customers in a technical or project coordination capacity.•Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows preferred.•Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.•Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and engineering documentation systems preferred.•Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.•Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.•Formal engineering degree preferred but not required; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
