Individual will be responsible for the execution of the company’s capital and supply chain strategy through the design, implementation, and maintenance of best-in-class solutions to enable world class quality and delivery to our customers across the entire network. In addition to the ownership of greenfield and brownfield solutions, you will also be responsible for supporting, upgrading, and improving existing facilities and material handling solutions across the entire supply chain. We'd love to hear from you if you have... + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. + Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering role (internships will be an acceptable alternative on a 2:1 basis) + Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio + Working knowledge of; industrial facility design, project management and project plan development, business case development, capital justification, change management processes, presenting complex data. + General understanding of the following concepts; engineered labor standards, time and motion studies, high volume sortation, conveyor, pick-to-light, PLC programming, ASRS and robotics in a distribution environment. + Willingness to learn technical skills in electrical, mechanical, PLC, WMS/WCS/WES systems and material handling maintenance.
