Job Description Oltmans Construction is seeking a Project Engineer with strong structural concrete and tilt‑up experience to support large commercial and industrial projects such as distribution centers, warehouses, and automotive facilities. Responsibilities • Review drawings, plans, soils reports, and project documents • Support preconstruction: plan reviews, takeoffs, bid prep, and document gathering • Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, offering technical solutions • Assist with estimating and project management tasks • Coordinate with field teams and concrete subcontractors • Maintain project documentation and utilize Microsoft Suite for reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 3–5 years as a Project Engineer, preferably from the concrete subcontracting industry (e.g., Barmell, Largo, JT Wimsatt) • Strong knowledge of structural concrete and tilt‑ups • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field • Experience with industrial/commercial construction • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; project management tools a plus
