Our client, a leader in energy solutions and power technology, is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Project Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $68.00 Hourly 

What's the Job?

Provide technical project management and leadership for complex engineering projects related to power technology. Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical technical issues to ensure project success. Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, engineering teams, procurement, and construction partners. Review contract documentation, communicate project requirements, and manage scope changes effectively. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive lessons learned into engineering processes.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering. Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% as required. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with leadership qualities.
