We support some of the most demanding aerospace and defence programmes in the world and now, we’re looking for a Project Engineer onsite to help shape the next generation of aerospace technology. What You Will Do
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key technical leadership role across new product development and current production programmes, supporting both existing business and future growth.
You will:
Act as a technical lead across the full project lifecycle, owning the technical vision and deliveryWork closely with discipline leads to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projectsServe as the customer’s technical focal point, managing technical delivery, change, and communicationEnsure projects are delivered to schedule, cost, and qualityLead systems engineering activities, including requirements management and complianceProvide technical input to planning, estimation, and project managementSupport customer presentations, technical meetings, trials, and exhibitionsContribute to bids and proposals, including resourcing and technical complianceTranslate customer requirements into technical specifications, solution development, and compliance trackingTravel occasionally to UK and international customer sites for meetings, trials, and programme reviewsWhat You Will Learn

Essential
A strong technical background, with a 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline such as Mathematics or PhysicsExperience working within an engineering and/or manufacturing organisationAbility to operate effectively in a technical environment, contributing to engineering delivery and problem-solvingA clear and confident communicator, able to work with customers, engineers, and project stakeholdersDesirable
Background or experience in Systems EngineeringExperience leading or coordinating project teams within an engineering environmentExposure to sensor-based technologies, electronics, or complex technical systemsExperience working across multi-disciplinary engineering teamsWhat We Offer
