Project Engineer
Join our team as a Project Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to work in both the Estimating and Project Management Departments. Depending on your expertise and comfort level, you will be placed in the department that best suits your skills. You will be responsible for executing take-offs and creating full estimates for sections of shoring projects. Collaborate with owners, general contractors, and engineers to successfully manage portions of the project.
Responsibilities
Perform take-offs and prepare full estimates for shoring project sections.Collaborate with project stakeholders including owners, general contractors, and engineers.Manage and oversee portions of the project.Engage in estimating, handling RFIs, and managing change orders.Contribute to project and construction management.Travel as a Project Engineer for drilled foundations and earthworks projects.Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.Interest in drilling and shoring.Willingness to travel after the initial six months.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with RFIs and change orders.Background in project engineering and construction management.Familiarity with drilled foundations and earthworks.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
