The Assistant Project Manager (Civil) supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of construction projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered safely on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Oversee end-to-end management of civil construction projects from initiation to completionDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project objectivesLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and site supervisorsMonitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely executionOversee procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and material management to maintain cost efficiencyAdminister contracts, review variations, and manage claims and billing in coordination with QS and commercial teamsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations at all project stagesConduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor work quality and adherence to design specificationsIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategiesCoordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignmentEnsure all civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and best practicesSupport project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and final settlementAbout You:
B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering5 to 8 Years & above of relevant experienceShould have completed at least 4- 6 institutional/University/residential/Commercial/industrial or similar projects along with infra works projects end to end during the tenureCandidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferredTechnical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural worksExcellent organizational and motivational skillsOutstanding attention to detail and observation abilityExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
