工作职责  Responsibilities :

1.负责产品项目的全过程管理和控制工作，包括立项、计划、开发及验证各阶段。Responsible for the whole process management and control of product projects, including project initiation, planning, development, and verification stages.

2. 负责跨部门沟通和协调工作，与研发、工程、品质、供应链等部门进行有效沟通和协调。Responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination, effective communication and coordination with R & D, engineering, quality, supply chain and other departments.

3. 解决项目执行中的各种问题，组织项目成员对问题进行分析和解决。Solve various problems in project execution, organize project members to analyze and solve problems.

4. 制定项目计划，管理和监控项目的范围、进度、成本、质量，保证项目目标的达成。Develop project plan, manage, and monitor project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure the achievement of project objectives.

5. 制定项目日常会议和里程碑会议，发布项目日常报告。Set up daily project meetings and milestone meetings, and release daily project reports.

6. 负责与外国客户进行技术交流，商务谈判。Responsible for technical exchange and business negotiation with foreign customers.

7. 及时向上级沟通销售工作进展，对潜在的问题提出解决方案。Communicate sales progress to superiors in a timely manner and propose solutions to potential problems.

任职条件Requirements:

大专及以上学历，机械、工程力学、机电一体化等专业为佳。College degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering mechanics, mechatronics, etc.

五年以上项目管理经验，英语口语流畅。More than five years of project management experience, fluent in spoken English.

良好的沟通协调能力、统筹能力和项目管理能力。Good communication and coordination skills, overall planning skills and project management skills.

较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，工作中能独挡一面，并承受较大的工作压力。Strong learning ability and team spirit, able to work independently, and withstand greater work pressure.
