How you will contribute

Reporting into the Capital Engineering & Strategy Lead, the role of the Project Engineer is to support the Central capital projects at Site, ensuring the successful design, implementation of upgrades, expansions, and new installations. In this role you will ensure that all projects are within the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring that relevant technical standards are met.

This role will advise and support other capital engineering team members on engineer and design decisions within other projects.

5+ years industry experience, experience working within food industry preferredLean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement (eg. TPS)Significant Project engineering and design experienceExperience with people management, leadership and developmentLeading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholdersStrong communication (written and verbal skills)Strategic PrioritisationAutoCAD and MS office suite proficiencySAP proficiency is highly desired
