Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater

We are seeking a Project Engineer with water/wastewater experience to support project teams and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Assist with scope development, bid packages, and contractor/supplier solicitation

Support pre-construction and project meetings; maintain and distribute schedules

Manage permits, drawings, submittals, change orders, and back charges

Track labor, equipment, and costs; process delivery tickets and payments

Prepare production, cash flow, and closeout reports (final quantities, change orders, releases)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management 

Water/wastewater construction experience (ADOT/CMAR a plus)

Proficient in Excel, Word, Primavera, Prolog/Expedition; CAD knowledge a plus

Strong understanding of CSI codes, specs, and standards

Ability to read plans/specs, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel
